Shipping Fees
All initial purchases from Dirwinbike.com include FREE shipping within the continental United States (excluding the Atlas Cargo E-Bike). Unfortunately, at this time, Dirwin Bike does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or other countries.
Delivery Time and Tracking

In-Stock Orders: Orders for in-stock items will generally be shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Pre-Orders: Pre-orders will have their expected delivery information listed on their respective product pages.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing delivery and tracking information.
- After your item has shipped, please allow 3 to 4 business days for your shipment to arrive.
- For orders shipped via third-party carriers, please note that any additional shipping information beyond the tracking number cannot be provided by Dirwin Bike, and any delivery dates are estimates.
Changing Your Order
If you need to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact us at customerservice@dirwinbike.com. Fees for changes depend on the stage of the shipment process:

Free of Charge: If you change the delivery address before your order has been shipped and before you receive a tracking number.

$20 Charge: If the change is made after the delivery has been accepted by the delivery company.

$150 Charge: If the package has already arrived at the original destination address and needs to be redirected.
